Career Objective

1. Education Project Officer: Deepak Foundation, Hyderabad Branch

Involvement: As a Project Officer, I actively engaged in scheming, mentoring and monitoring the storytellers and counsellors in strategical planning on storytelling and counselling sessions for the pupils

Involvement: As a District Educational Anchor I was involved in Designing the academic curriculum engagement for teachers and students in Kutir Model study centres which was successfully implemented across.
Field Experience

Involvement: Understanding the basic teaching and learning principles on the academic subjects through the “Activity-reflective based approach” in education for children’s better participation and knowledge gain.

Involvement: To delve deep into “Morals in Subjects”, the topic for the voluntary project
3.. Did an Individual Research Project to understand the point of view on Education, from the
adults of the different strata of the society in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh
Vision: To understand parents' views on schools and education. And also to see my
capabilities in making research proposals.
Accolades & Achievements
1. Nominated by Azim Premji University for two weeks of research with the Government's Upper
Primary Schools on “Career Aspiration” at Lachhuar (Bihar).
Mission: Understanding and knowing the influencing factors of adolescent student
aspirations for their career and to develop my research aptitude
2. Took part in two-week Field Immersion with Azim Premji Foundation in Barmer in
Rajasthan.
3. Was part of two-week Field Immersion with Azim Premji Foundation in Almora in
Uttarakhand.
Assigned work: To Understand the basic educational system functions and their
stakeholder’s functionaries.
4. Field Work at Addagutta Slum community area in Hyderabad for one academic year as a
part of curriculum
Involvement: As a mini researcher in a slum area understood and documented the challenges
being faced by the population in the community. And further reported these issues with
solutions to the local MLA.
5. Field Work at M.N.J. Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad for one academic year.
Involvement: Worked as an Intern counsellor in Hospice to know how to give emotional
support to terminally ill patients and to their family members
